Previously Ms. Burkhart held positions as finance manager, title clerk and treasurer in the automobile industry. Ms. Burkhart received her BA in Communications from California State University at Sacramento.

Mike began his banking career in 1971 in Montana, moving to Western Washington in 1985 as President and CEO of Valley Bank in Mount Vernon, Washington. Mr Cann moved to Oak Harbor in 1992 taking the reins at the bank on Whidbey Island. He retired in September 2008 as President/CEO of Whidbey Island Bank and its parent, the Washington Banking Company. Mr. Cann brings extensive experience, local market knowledge, and a proven track record as an innovative and successful banker to the position at SaviBank.

Yvonne is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Ashton Capital Corporation, and serves as Controller for the various companies under its ownership. Since joining Ashton in 2000, she has been actively involved in the acquisition and sales of both operating companies and commercial real estate, the securing of financing through collaboration with banks and other financial institutions and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. She was previously the Controller and Manager of four medical clinics in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Fors holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Andy began his banking career in 1984. He joined SaviBank as Chief Credit Officer in 2010, and was named as the bank’s President in 2013. Andy has an extensive background in banking, primarily in lending, holding previous positions as Chief Credit Officer at banks in Washington and Oregon. A local graduate of Sedro-Woolley High School, Andy earned a BS in Economics from the University of Washington and a MS in Ag Economics from Penn State in 1980. He also graduated from the University of Texas Graduate School of Community Bank Management in 2000.

Ms. Lucatero is the founding Executive Director of Children of the Valley, an after-school program for under-resourced elementary school children in our community. With more than two decades of experience, she has worked as the Program Director for the College Assistance Migrant Program at Central Washington University, where she worked to assist migrant students in completing their bachelor's degrees and during high school and college, she worked at the Skagit County Best S.E.L.F. Program where she first learned of her passion for working with children. Ms. Lucatero received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University. She is very active in her community, serving on countless boards and committees.

Rick retired in January 2008 from SaviBank with more than 32 years in banking. Mr. Tremaine developed the Real Estate Department at SaviBank and has been instrumental in the bank’s growth. In 2007 Rick was inducted into the Building Industry Association of Washington’s Hall of Fame. Mr. Tremaine has served as a director of the National Association of Home Builders, BIAW, SICBA and Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce.

Ron Wallin is the owner of P&L General Contractors, Inc. (P&L). He started working for P&L as a laborer in 1973, with promotions to project superintendent and project manager until 1996, when Wallin purchased P&L. Since that time, P&L has grown to 32 employees, with offices in Oak Harbor and Bremerton. P&L works throughout the Northwest in both the private sector and on government contracts at NAS Whidbey Island, NBK Bremerton, NBK Bangor and JBLM. Wallin has been involved with several professional and community boards, including board membership with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Island County, and as an elected Commissioner for Whidbey General Hospital. He is also active as a Rotary Club past president, member and volunteer.

Prior to joining Ashton Capital in 1996, Jim worked as an Escrow Closer for Independent Escrow, Inc. and as a Sales Associate for Quadrant Homes. His extensive business experience includes a wide range of business capacities, including the research, profitability analysis, negotiation, management and execution of purchases and sales in commercial real estate and business operations.
