SaviBank Opens New Full-Service Branch in Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon, Washington, January 7, 2019 – SaviBank has opened a new full-service branch office at 1725 E. College Way in Mount Vernon, WA. The Burlington-based bank has been operating a full-service branch in South Mount Vernon on E. Blackburn since November 2008, and recently received FDIC approval to open an additional full-service branch in East Mount Vernon to expand operations in the Skagit community. SaviBank now has six full-service branches, which are spread throughout Whatcom County, Skagit County and Island County.

“We are excited about expanding our Mount Vernon presence and are looking forward to more future expansions,” said Andy Hunter, President of SaviBank.

The new Mount Vernon Branch is managed by Vice President/Manager Rhonda Tingley. Rounding out the local team are long-time community bankers Debbie Wintermeier, Frank Jeretzky, Shayna Campbell, Dan Bush and Megan Lear.

The new Mount Vernon branch will be open from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (drive-up window will be open until 5:30 pm).
